We spent 2 nights at Baker’s Lodge and wish we had stayed longer. We were greeted by Bernard the manager, Winnie with cold juice, and Mary who took care of our luggage.
The staff was incredibly sweet and caring. Our room overlooked the Nile with the sounds of Hippos nearby.
The room and bathroom was comfortable and large. We particularly liked the wake up call – someone gently calling for us from the patio. The 4 course meals delicious. We really wish we had more time to just simply enjoy the lodge rather than just a place to come back to at night. Guess we have to go back!
